Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at customerservice@weatheredapparel.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
We do not accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges (such as for a different size) are available and are the fastest way to get what you need. To exchange an item, return it within 30 days in unworn and undamaged condition. Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 10–14 business days.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be returned in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued on a case-by-case basis. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
